Electronic Submissions

With our file upload utility, we can accept single or multiple files up to 2000 Mb maximum. Simply click the Upload button below, choose up to 12 files to send, enter your name, e-mail address, and optionally a message to us, then click send. Be sure to use the same e-mail address you used on your order. If you have your order number, you can also enter that in the message field. Otherwise, we will use the file name you provided with your banner stand order, and your e-mail address to link the files to your order.

 

If you prefer to use your own FTP client, that information is listed below as well.

Disk Submissions

If you would like to send us the files for your banners on disk, visit the About Us page for our mailing address. We can read almost any type of removable media, such as Zip, CD, DVD, and all memory card formats such as CompactFlash, SmartMedia, Memory Stick, and Microdrive. Then, you can place your order through our shopping cart system.

 

E-Mail Submissions

You can also submit smaller files up to 10mb via e-mail. Be sure to include the name that was used to place the order, and if possible, the order number in your e-mail with your files, and send them to files@bannerstandpros.com

 

 

Information for Using Your Own FTP Client

If you wish to use your own FTP client program, the information for accessing our FTP site is as follows:

Host/FTP Address: 71.36.94.33

User Name/User ID: filedrop

Password: thanks

Directory: /incoming

NOTE: For security, you will be denied permission from viewing the other files on our ftp site, so you will receive a "permission denied" message if you attempt to list the files on our site. You can still send your file, however, as this will not affect your ability to upload a file.
