At Banner Stand Pros, we want you to be happy with your banner stand purchase, so we work very hard to make sure we only offer quality products that will perform as advertised. Please contact us if you have any problems with any retractable banner stands, retail banner stands, outdoor banner stands, or banner stand accessories you have purchased from us, and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We sell a wide range of banner stands from different manufacturers, and different banner stands have different warranties, and their respective manufacturers have different policies regarding returns and repairs. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve any issue so that you don't have to worry about your purchase.

All displays should obviously arrive in good shape and proper working order. If any shipping damage has occurred, please contact us immediately and keep the display and packaging materials. Typically we will file a claim with the shipping company and replace the banner stand at no cost to you. We will always do our best to make sure that your display order arrives on time, and we will ship according to the method that you choose on your order. Since we have no control over mistakes or delays that are made by the shipping company, we cannot be responsible for shipments that arrive late as a result. We will however work with you and the shipping company to resolve any problems to the best of our ability. Always be sure to double check the shipping address you provide on your order to help minimize any shipping issues.

Since all banners ordered with displays are custom printed, there are no returns or refunds given for banner purchases. If there is a quality problem with a banner, we will replace it at no cost. Problems with banner printing that are not our fault, such as typos or incorrect files, will be replaced at your expense. Even though these kinds of problems are not our fault, we don't want to spoil your experience with us so we will generally work with you in these situations to minimize the expense.

Banner stands and retractable banner stands have warranties that vary by manufacturer, and we try to list the warranty with each item description, but some manufacturers don't have stated warranties. This is usually because it's difficult to guarantee the performance of a stand when damage or negligence in handling the stand can sometimes occur. Retractable banner stands are usually the ones most commonly involved in repair situations since they have moving parts and mechanisms that the portable banner stands do not. This doesn't mean that those stands without stated warranties aren't covered by the manufacturer, or by Banner Stand Pros. If a stand stops working or is damaged, generally we will have you send the stand back to us, and if we can fix it or order replacement parts to get it working again, we will do so. If there is a charge for this, we will get your approval in advance. If we can't fix the stand, we will send it back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Again, we will get your approval if there is any cost involved. Many manufacturers will repair their stands at no charge, sometimes even outside the warranty period, if it looks like the stand failed during normal use. If a stand is crushed or bent in half, then you can assume the manufacturer will not repair or replace the stand for free, because that would obviously mean the stand was damaged in shipping or subjected to abuse. Most banner stands do not come standard with hard shipping cases, although we do sell such cases in the Accessories section. The soft cases or bags that the stands typically come in are not sufficient to protect the stand during shipping or when checking them as luggage on most airlines. It's important to keep the boxes that your banner stand comes in if you plan to ship the stand or check it as luggage, or purchase a hard case for the ultimate protection.

Banner stand hardware that is unused and still in new condition can be returned for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. As was mentioned above, printed banners cannot be returned, so if you ordered a stand with a banner, only the banner hardware cost can be refunded. Banner stands that have been used cannot be returned.
